【摘要】本報告的主要內(nèi)容為中醫(yī)藥行業(yè)定義、中醫(yī)藥行業(yè)在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中的地位、中醫(yī)藥行業(yè)運行分析與預(yù)測、中醫(yī)藥行業(yè)政策趨勢及中醫(yī)藥行業(yè)信貸建議與風(fēng)險提示。“十三五”期間，中醫(yī)藥發(fā)展頂層設(shè)計加快完善，政策環(huán)境持續(xù)優(yōu)化，支持力度不斷加大。黨中央、國務(wù)院高度重視中醫(yī)藥發(fā)展，將傳承創(chuàng)新發(fā)展中醫(yī)藥定位為新時代中國特色社會主義事業(yè)的重要內(nèi)容。《“十四五”中醫(yī)藥發(fā)展規(guī)劃》提出：到2025年，中醫(yī)藥健康服務(wù)能力明顯增強(qiáng)，中醫(yī)藥高質(zhì)量發(fā)展政策和體系進(jìn)一步完善，中醫(yī)藥振興發(fā)展取得積極成效，在健康中國建設(shè)中的獨特優(yōu)勢得到充分發(fā)揮。

New Trend in the Development of the TCM Industry

【Abstract】This chapter mainly discusses on the definition of the Chinese traditional medicine（TCM）industry，the position of the TCM industry in national economy，the analysis and forecast of the operation of the TCM industry operation，the policy trend of the TCM industry，as well as credit suggestions and risk warnings for the TCM industry.During the “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan”period，the improvement of the top-level design for the development of the TCM industry was accelerated，the policy environment was continuously optimized，and the support was continuously increased.The CPC Central Committee and the State Council attached great importance to the development of the TCM，and positioned the inheritance，innovation，and development of the TCM as an important part of the cause of Socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.The Planning for the Development of TCM during the 14th Five-Year Plan proposed that by 2025，the health service capacity of the TCM will be obviously enhanced，the policies and systems for high-quality development of the TCM will be further improved，and positive results will be achieved in the revitalization and development of the TCM，with its unique fully exerted in the construction of a healthy China.
