中醫(yī)藥國內(nèi)外環(huán)境分析

【摘要】本報(bào)告的主要內(nèi)容為國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境分析、上下游發(fā)展環(huán)境分析、中醫(yī)藥技術(shù)環(huán)境分析以及中醫(yī)藥國際環(huán)境分析。宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)的平穩(wěn)發(fā)展是保證中醫(yī)藥行業(yè)發(fā)展的經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)與前提，但作為典型的消費(fèi)類行業(yè)，剛性的需求原則及明顯的弱周期特點(diǎn)決定了中醫(yī)藥行業(yè)對(duì)宏觀調(diào)控具有一定的防御性，因此，中醫(yī)藥行業(yè)受宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)波動(dòng)的影響相對(duì)較小。中醫(yī)藥行業(yè)的上游行業(yè)是中藥材行業(yè)，下游行業(yè)是藥品流通行業(yè)。中華中醫(yī)藥學(xué)會(huì)組織開展“2021年度中醫(yī)藥十大學(xué)術(shù)進(jìn)展”遴選工作，經(jīng)動(dòng)態(tài)收集、初審，院士等權(quán)威專家復(fù)審、終審等工作程序，確定2021年度中醫(yī)藥十大學(xué)術(shù)進(jìn)展。中醫(yī)藥海外創(chuàng)新發(fā)展是傳承和弘揚(yáng)中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的重要路徑，也是實(shí)施“走出去”戰(zhàn)略的核心抓手，在“一帶一路”倡議、中醫(yī)藥龍頭企業(yè)加速海外布局等推動(dòng)下，中醫(yī)藥國際化發(fā)展迎來多層次的發(fā)展局面。

Analysis on the Domestic and Overseas Traditional Chinese Medicine Environment

【Abstract】This chapter mainly includes the analysis on domestic economic environment，upstream and downstream development environment，traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）technology environment，and international TCM environment.The stable development of macro economy is an economic basis and premise for the development of the TCM industry.However，depending on the principle of rigid demand and the distinct characteristic of weak cycle，the TCM industry，as a typical consumer industry，is defensive against macroeconomic regulation and control，making it less affected by the macroeconomic fluctuation.The Chinese medicinal material industry and the medicine distribution industry are respectively the upstream and downstream of the TCM industry.The China Association of Chinese Medicine organized a selection activity for the‘Top 10 Academic Advances in Chinese Medicine in 2021’，determining the top 10 academic advances in Chinese medicine in 2021 through the work procedure of dynamic collection，preliminary review，review by the head and other authoritative experts and final review.As a critical approach to inheriting and carrying forward China's fine traditional culture，innovation-driven development of overseas TCM enterprises constitutes core efforts to implement the‘Going Global’strategy.Driven by the‘Belt and Road’initiative and the accelerated distribution of leading TCM enterprises abroad，the international development of TCM has ushered in a multi-level growth period.
