案例1 中國茶莊（石庫問茶）設計手繪表現

設計前言構思說明

石庫問茶坐落于中原地區河南洛陽，是華夏文明發祥地之一。洛陽是中國建都最早、歷時最長、朝代最多的古都，“居天下之中”，素有“九州腹地”之稱。

一次在與洛陽朋友的品茶閑聊中，其邀請我幫忙設計一所茶莊，建筑面積1000多平方米，臨街三層。隨后我看了實地建筑并構思了設計方案。起先在設計構思中考慮較多的是“品茶”文化?！捌凡琛笔遣枨f的經營主題，是中國的古代文化。它不但包含物質文化、精神文化，還滲入到中國的詩詞、繪畫、書法、宗教中。品茶需要環境，一般要求有建筑物、園林、自然山水，并以安靜、清新、舒適、干凈之地來搭設擺放。

品茶屬于中國古代文化，所以在設計風格上采用了中國自然園林風格。為了使茶莊具有濃烈的民族色彩又不失茶文化清雅、恬適的氛圍，在彩稿中多選取天然元素。

因為自幼喜愛藝術，對親切神秘的大自然有某種無法言表的情愫，所以對石頭、樹木情有獨鐘，并將其大量展現于設計圖稿之中。當完成彩稿時“石庫問茶”這個名字突然躍入腦海，我便建議把茶莊命名為“石庫問茶”。

此方案的設計中雖然每個細節都體現出中國的自然古典設計元素，但在如今的生活節奏中也離不開現代的設計元素。這套設計方案是中國古典風格與現代風格的完美結合。

The introduction of design foreword

“Shi Ku Wen Cha” ( a name of a teahouse , means discussing the tea culture in a house built with stones ) locates in Luoyang City , Henan province in central part of china , which witnessed itself as the capital of many dynasties. Luoyang City is also nicknamed the “heart of China”.

A friend asked me to design a teahouse for him when we were chatting. It covers more than 1000 square meters. I saw the building on the spot . At first, I considered “tea-tasting” culture more than other elements in designing process. “Tea-tasting”, which is Chinese traditional culture, is the theme of the teahouse. Full of material and spiritual culture, it has infiltrated many aspects such as Chinese poetry, painting, calligraphy and religion.

Tea-tasting needs corresponding environment containing buildings, gardens , mountains and water, which are placed to go with the quiet, comfortable, clear environment.

Tea-tasting is Chinese traditional culture, so that the style of Chinese natural garden is used in the design. In order that the teahouse has ethnic elements while not losing the elegant environment, I prefer to use natural elements. I love art, especially natural art, so that many stones and trees appear in my design drawings. When I saw the colorful drawings, I suggested him to name the teahouse “Shi Ku Wen Cha”. The designing program reflects not only Chinese classical natural elements but also modern elements. It is a perfect combination of classical style and modern style.

設計風格定位

飲茶文化起源于中國，是中國健康飲食文化的一種。飲茶可叫品茶，在品茶過程中不但能感受到中國渾厚的文化底蘊，還能感受到安靜、有詩意的環境氛圍。因此在設計風格的選取上既要保留中國文化的民族特色，又要突出自然與環保的健康生活。隨著社會進步，設計還要追隨現代生活。在設計手法上為了使古典風格和諧地融入現代的生活中，設計風格有了明確的定位，用現代的設計構思來表現古典的效果。

Define the design style

Tea culture, a healthy dietary culture, originates from China. Drinking tea is also called tasting tea, by which we can appreciate strong Chinese culture and the quiet environment. For the fact, I retain the specialty of Chinese culture and highlight the cozy and healthy life at the same time. Considering the society is developing, I define the design style as using modern design idea to give classical feeling. In this way, we can integrate classical style into modern life.

現代設計風格結合中式風格

在這些具有代表性的古典元素選材里，我們采用了現代的設計手法加以表現，如此一來，原本略顯沉悶、古板的中式設計風格，在現代設計風格的調和下既不失莊重、嚴肅，又多了些許明快、生動。如今一個好的設計作品不但要滿足人們的正常需要，同時也要跟上社會的進步發展，進行不斷創新、變革來滿足人們的審美。我認為各種單一的設計風格雖有其獨特的韻味在其中，但多少存在弊端。以方案大綱為出發點，我選擇了在以中式風格為主的基礎上，取其精華而棄其糟粕，現代風格合理地滲透、融入其中，達到了取長補短的理想效果。

Modern style combines with Chinese classical style

We treat these classical materials by modern design skills. After the processing, Chinese design style that seemed a bit dull and stiff becomes bright and vivid while solemn and serious. A good work not only meets the common needs of people but also keeps up with the social development. The changing aesthetic appreciation asks us to innovate constantly. I think, although the design with a single style has its unique advantages, it also has some disadvantages. On base of the project outline, I choose the quintessence of Chinese classical style combining with modern style to get a perfect design.

硬性材質表現 Hard materials

本案手繪設計在古典元素的大前提下另外選取自然元素來表現。造型上重點突出直線手繪效果，直線表現力強，簡潔、大方，是提煉古典元素最簡潔、最直接的手法之一。在材質和色彩表現上可分為兩種材質兩種色系，硬性材質以灰色系為主，軟性材質以淺褐色系（原木色）為主，其中硬性材質包括石材類、陶瓷類、金屬類等，軟性材質包括木質類、壁紙類、乳膠漆類等。除了造型、材質、色彩要一一展現，還需要自然元素的點綴和映襯，使得手繪設計的構圖和諧。在古典設計方案中自然元素本身是不可或缺的重要環境因素之一，石頭、樹木、花草、流水等，這些大自然給予我們的天然裝飾元素的精心選取和表現，使手繪效果顯得更加生動、有靈性。

The explanation of hand-painting drawings

The hand-painting design based on classical elements adopts natural elements additionally.

Since straight line is terse and is the direct way to perform classical elements, the shaping emphasizes using straight lines. About materials and colors, there are two kinds—hard materials whose core color is gray and soft materials whose core color is light beige. Hard materials include stone, ceramic, metal and so on. Soft materials include wood, wallpaper, emulsion paint and so on. If we want to achieve the harmony in the drawings, besides shaping, material and color, we need natural elements to intersperse and echo. In classical design, the natural elements are very important. As natural elements, stones, trees, flowers and flowing water are the best decorations to make the design effect more vivid.

自然元素

大堂功能布局

大堂的設計不僅僅要體現氛圍效果，同時還要考慮到功能性，一般大堂的主要功能區有接待區、休息區、茶品展示區、品茶區、景觀區、佛堂區等。當然隨著社會的發展，每個功能區域可根據不同經營理念設置獨立的功能空間。

The function layout in lobby

The design of lobby considers functions more than atmosphere. There are some main functions area—reception area, rest area, exhibition area, drinking tea area, scenery area, Buddhist area and so on. With society developing, every function area can be given separated space according to management ideas.

茶莊設計多功能化

在茶莊品茶是享受生活，茶莊是釋放壓力、安逸放松的理想地，在現代社會生活的快節奏下，茶莊不僅僅只滿足飲茶、聊天功能，還要有更多迎合現代社會發展需要的功能，如棋牌、商務、讀書、上網、休息、飲食等。因此現代茶莊就成為多功能一體化的休閑項目。

The multifunctional design

Tasting tea is a way to enjoy life and get rid of pressure. In the modern society, teahouses not only have the functions of tasting tea and chatting, but also conform to the development of society. Chess and card, business, books, internet, rest and diet are needed here. The modern teahouse becomes a multifunctional leisure program.

休閑廳設計定義

休閑廳的設計是現代社會生活品質的體現，打造功能與文化融為一體的休閑空間。在設計中考慮較多的是現代文化與古典文化的相互交融，閱讀、上網、棋牌、商務等功能一應俱全。

The definition of rest hall

The design of rest room is the reflection of modern life and space with functions and culture inside. In the design process, we consider more contact between modern culture and classical culture—reading, chess, card and so on.

包間類別

包間是每個茶館不可缺少的項目功能。一般可分為商務品茶包間和休閑娛樂包間兩大類。品茶包間的主要功能：商務、品茶、聊天、休息等。娛樂包間的主要功能：棋牌、聊天，以娛樂為主，所以包間的共性是獨立的隱私空間。

Types of rooms

Rooms in the teahouse are an indispensable part of the program. In general, the rooms are divided into business rooms and entertainment rooms. The functions of business rooms include business, drinking, chatting and rest. The functions of entertainment rooms stress entertainments such as chess and card. It is the common point between the two kinds of rooms that the rooms are separate and private.

包間的設計依附于整個茶莊的設計效果，以突出中國茶道文化為核心，用自然元素的隨意生動來中和古典元素的沉悶古板，以達到設計的和諧相容效果。

The design of the rooms relies on the design effect of the teahouse. Taking Chinese tea culture as its core, we blend natural elements and classical elements together to get harmony between them.

手繪表現要點

茶莊包間的設計在手繪表現過程中以簡單的直線結構造型來呈現空間立體透視效果，設計中更多是以后期軟裝配飾完成手繪表現，通過手繪把這些復雜而帶有古典色彩的軟裝配飾設計于簡單的空間造型中，使其空間風格效果達到手繪設計豐滿且協調一致。

The key point of hand-painting performance

We use simple straight lines to show a tridimensional and perspective space in the design. The hand-painting performance is mainly performed by the later soft decorations. By designing the soft decorations with classical color into simple space, we make the hand-painting effect more full and harmonious.

手繪表現要點

本案手繪設計在選材上以灰色系的硬性材質和淺褐色系（原木色）的軟性材質相結合，完成主材質和主色調的選配定位。由于色彩、材質單一，手繪效果顯得過于安靜、莊嚴。因此在后期的軟裝配飾中要加入更多的活性色彩來調配，以使手繪效果達到畫面豐滿、有生命力。

The key point of hand-painting performance

In the case, we combine gray hard materials and light beige soft materials to decide the main materials and main colors. The unicity of materials' color makes the hand-painting quiet and serious. So we adopt more active colors in the later decorations to vivify the paintings.

小結

在以上的手繪設計中，重點是以現代的設計手法來完成中國古典的裝飾效果，每一個項目都存在著不同的文化背景和經營理念，設計師需要通過創意靈感把每一個作品帶入社會，去引導、迎合現代社會發展的需要。

Conclusion

Using modern design technique to get Chinese classical decoration effect is the emphasis of the above hand-painting designs. Different projects have different culture background and management ideas. The designers take every work into society with their innovating ideas and cater to the modern society.
