Today， there is a check in our project dept， after we have our morning meeting， somepeople go to have a prepare for that.

In the morning， I do some work regular， and I feel a little restless， so I stand up to thinking something， and I feel better.

Inspectors come to our project dept in 9:30am， then they go to constraction site to have check， the leader of our project dept escorted them. Then they have a check with our engineering date. They have a lunch in our project dept accompanied by our leaders.

In the afternoon， they go back， thanks for their guide. I work in the office， and don't participate the check. In the afternoon， I also feel restless， so I standup to read something， the Chinese， the English， and say some words to my colleagues. And there are other colleagues come to our office to negotiate something. After I read some thing I feel better.

After I have a dinner， I write the dairy. Maybe I think somebody， but I feel well now.

Today， I sit in office， I feel a little tired， I think I play game too much last night， I need decrease the time I play game.

In the afternoon， I read a little， it makes me feel better. Now， there is a serious problem， I don't know what I should do about my work， even though I know I can do something， but I can't do it， because I can't pay attention to the computer for long time， I just can do some easy and simple work.

Recently， I find I loving reading， if I feel anxiety， I know I need to read.

My colleague have a rest today， and there are someone find him to do some work. Someone is in my heart， I don't feel lonely.
