＊.該化療方案與放療同步應用，局限期SCLC患者胸部放療總劑量為45Gy：1.5Gy/f，BID，共3周

EP方案+同步放療依然是治療局限期小細胞肺癌的推薦方案（Ⅰ類）。證據來源為Ⅲ期多中心隨機對照試驗JCOG0202研究（NCT00144989）。適合ECOG 0～1分，20～70歲LS-SCLC患者。患者如果身體狀態較差，不能耐受同步化放療，也可行序貫化放療。
