【英文】The Supreme Court which sits at the Royal Courts of Justice in the Strand，London，is divided into the Court of Appeal which does not hear cases at first instance，and the High Court of Justice which is the most important of the first instance civil courts together with the Crown Court.

【譯文】最高法院設(shè)在倫敦斯特蘭大街皇家法院，分為上訴法院、高等法院以及刑事法院。上訴法院不受理一審案件，高等法院是最重要的一審民事法院。

【解釋】crown court 意為英國(guó)的“刑事法院”，是最重要的一審刑事法院。
