Foreword

According to the requirements of Document GONGXINTINGTONG〔2012〕No.160 issued by the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology"Notice on Arranging the Development Plan of Communication Engineering Construction Standards in 2012"，this revised code has been developed by amending the Provisional Acceptance Specifications for 2GHz WCDMA Digital Cellular Mobile Communication System（YD/T 5173-2009）issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

This code is comprised of general provisions，terms and symbols，pre-acceptance inspection，preliminary acceptance，commissioning，final acceptance and appendixes.

Articles 3.4.2 and 3.6.3 printed in bold type are compulsory provisions and must be enforced strictly.
