Mark Achtemichuk currently works as a staff engineer within VMware's Central Engineering Performance team, focusing on education, benchmarking, collaterals, and performance architectures. He has also held various performance-focused field, specialist and technical marketing positions within VMware over the last 6 years. Mark is recognized as an industry expert and holds a VMware Certified Design Expert (VCDX#50) certification, one of less than 250 worldwide. He has worked on engagements with Fortune 50 companies, served as a technical editor for many books and publications, and is a sought-after speaker at numerous industry events.

Sunny Dua works as a senior consultant for VMware's professional services organization, which is focused on ASEAN countries. In addition to his PSO role in VMware, he is also an ambassador of the VMware CTO Office. He is a four-time vExpert (2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016) and an active member of the VMware community.

With his industry experience of more than 12 years, he has worked on large-scale virtualization and cloud deployments in various roles at VMware, Hewlett Packard, and Capgemini. In his current role, he is focusing on providing IT transformation roadmaps to large-enterprise customers on their journey toward the adoption of cloud computing. He also helps enterprise shops by providing them with directions on virtualizing business-critical applications on the VMware virtualization platform.

Operations management in the virtual infrastructure is one of his core competencies, and he has been sharing his experience on the transformation of IT operations through his personal blog, http://www.vxpresss.blogspot.com/. He is a guest blogger on VMware management and consulting blogs as well. The industry and vCommunity have recognized his work as his blog ranks in the top 50 in the virtualization and cloud industry.
