A digital factory model for industrializing digital QA delivery

Testing as a Service (TaaS) model for managed testing services engagements is used by many IT service organizations. Here, we discuss a model to extend the benefits of the MTS model to quality assurance of digital initiatives in a Digital QA Factory (DQAF).

A DQAF model framework is provided in schematic and is explained in the following diagram:
