App under test

We will be using the Quikr app (Google Play link for app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.quikr&hl=en) throughout the book for Appium concepts and demonstration. All features of Appium can be demonstrated using this app. We are using the Quikr android app and mobile web version. It's easy to relate to any classifieds app, and it let us use gestures as well. For your learning, you can use any app of your choice which you are comfortable with. Book is written and evolved in such a way that it demonstrates the appium and automation concepts that can be applied to any app.
