Script kiddie
A script kiddie is not a skilled hacker, but rather someone that has used automated hacking tools to attack information systems. These inpiduals use scripts and tools developed by other highly skilled hackers to perform their attacks. Because script kiddies lack the knowledge, they tend to cause unintended damage as they don't fully understand the tools they are using. Also, their lack of knowledge makes them much easier for law enforcement to apprehend. Experienced hackers understand how to go mostly undetected and can cover their tracks. Script kiddies don't have this skill and leave a large trail leading back to them.
