Setting up a Dialogflow account

The following points describe the steps to create and set up a Dialogflow account:

1. Before creating voice user interfaces for the FAQs application, you will need to create a Dialogflow account. Go to https://accounts.google.com/SignUp and create a Google account. If you already have one, you can use that.
2. After creating a Google account, go to https://dialogflow.com and sign in using the Google account that you created. During this process, you will link the Google account to Dialogflow.
3. Once the Dialogflow account has been created and linked to the Google account, go to https://myaccount.google.com/activitycontrols and enable Voice & Audio Activity.
