As UX designers, or as a UX design team, we will need to think about more than just how our product looks. We will need to encourage users to take specific actions with our product or service to engage with it. So, to do this properly, we have to watch how users behave with our product, and, for this, fortunately, we can use some psychological principles to analyze how our users think about, behave with, and react to our product.
