Folder structure

To properly organize all of your Lambdas it is a good idea to have them all stored in a single folder. This will allow a single script to create and update all of your Lambdas. Within this main folder, having sub-folders containing groups of Lambdas is definitely a good idea. You can very quickly build up a large number of Lambdas.
