Deploying Your First Web Application

In the previous chapter, we covered a general introduction to the cloud, its benefits, and what having a DevOps philosophy means. AWS offers a number of services that are all easily accessible through the web interface, command-line interface, various SDKs, and APIs. In this chapter, we will take advantage of the web interface and command-line interface to create and configure our account and create a web server to host a simple Hello World application, all in a matter of minutes.
