Provisioning script installation

• Locate the setup.sh script (either in .zip or source).
• You have to be the root user in order to run it.
• This script was only tested on Ubuntu 18.04.
• It's designed to run on a clean machine. If you're running this script on a machine that is used for other purposes, you might want to tweak it to your needs.
• Run the setup.sh script, it should install Docker based Redash.
