The Insert and Tools groups

The Insert group contains various visualization options such as Chart, Info Field, and Filter:

• Chart: This feature allows you to enable/insert dynamic charts
• Info Field: Basic information such as name can be inserted through this tab
• Filter: This tab is useful for simple data filtering.

The Tools group contains a collection of tools such as Smart Copy, Smart Paste, and Convert to Formula, which can act as shortcuts and come in handy for frequent tasks:

• Convert to Formula: This is used for extracting Excel formulas after they have been converted from the crosstab to fetch data
• Smart Copy: This field can be used to copy data from the clipboard
• Smart Paste: This tab allows you to paste the data source from the clipboard as a table
• Save View: A data source can be saved as a view using this option
