Configuring and Implementing Storage

In this chapter, we will describe storage and storage-related technologies in Microsoft Windows Server 2016. Storage is one of the most important building blocks of every computer and operating system, including Microsoft operating systems. It is especially important in server operating systems as users depend on the servers' speed, efficiency, availability, and resilience. After all, our users' data is stored on disks. Having an efficient, reliable, and secure storage system needs to be on the top of our list of priorities.
