Gathering country and region data

You'll need to download a list of countries and their corresponding regions as well. To gather this data, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the GitHub repository at https://github.com/lukes/ISO-3166-Countries-with-Regional-Codes/blob/master/all/all.csv, or use the following shortened link: http://bit.ly/2Zo401p
2. Click the Raw button
3. Copy all the text on the screen and paste it into an empty Notepad file
4. Save this file as Countries and Regions.csv
