Section 2: Logic, Process Automation, and the User Interface

This section will focus on extending the native functionalities of Salesforce with our own automation. The platform provides lots of tools to automate actions normally performed manually by users. Eliminating redundant tasks from users' day-to-day activities makes them more productive. In the following chapters, we will dive into different point-and-click features to automate business processes, and will also cover how we can programmatically go above and beyond.
