Summary

In this chapter we have learned how to create image galleries, attach images to our node content, and insert images inline within the content. We used the Image module and its related Image Gallery, to easily create a full-featured gallery that works right out of the box. Enabling Image attach allowed us to associate image nodes created with the Image module to specific content types such as Articles or Blog entries. Finally, Image Assist, with its optional WYSIWYG support for TinyMCE, offered an easy way to create and attach inline images to our content.

In the next chapter, we will explore some more advanced techniques for using images in our sites such as creating image fields for our custom content types.
