5 General Layout
5.1 General Requirements
5.1.1 The design of general layout shall meet the relevant requirements of the current national standard Code for design of cement plant GB 50295,and shall be in accordance with the following requirements:
1 The waste heat power generation workshop for renovation and extension project of cement production line shall be planned in combination with the production systems,and shall reasonably utilize the existing facility to reduce the impact of demolition and construction on cement production line;
2 The connection between waste heat power generation workshop and cement production line shall be compact,reasonable,and the functional area shall be clear;
3 Building type of power generation station should be coordinated with the building style of cement production lines.
5.1.2 The main power building of the waste heat power generation should be arranged at the reserved expanded side of existing production lines.
5.1.3 The design of vertical layout elevation,form and drainage in the station area shall be coordinated with the general layout,vertical design and rainwater drainage design of the cement plant.
5.1.4 The greening layout of the waste heat power generation area shall be in accordance with the following requirements:
1 Greening design shall be unified planned in case waste heat power generation and cement production lines are constructed simultaneously;
2 When the waste heat power generation is renovation or extension project,the greening design around the workshop shall be coordinated with the greening of the cement plant.
5.1.5 The fire resistance rating and the minimum fire separation distance of buildings(or structures)shall be determined by the fire hazard class in the production process,the minimum fire separation distance of buildings(or structures)shall meet the relevant requirements of the current national standards Code for fire protection design of buildings GB 50016 and Code for design of cement plant GB 50295,and shall meet the requirements of the Appendix A of this standard.
