3　Energy Saving of Process Design

3.1　General Requirements

3.1.1　Small and medium sized three-phase asynchronous motor，fan，water centrifugal pump，three-phase distribution transformers and other general equipment used in the production line shall meet the requirements of current national standard GB 30254 Minimum Allowable Values of Energy Efficiency and the Energy Efficiency Grades for Cage Three-phase High Voltage Induction Motor，GB 18613 Minimum Allowable Values of Energy Efficiency and Energy Efficiency Grades for Small and Medium Three-phase Asynchronous Motors，GB 19761 Minimum Allowable Values of Energy Efficiency and Energy Efficiency Grades for Fan，GB 19762 The Minimum Allowable Values of Energy Efficiency and Evaluating Values of Energy Conservation of Centrifugal Pump for Fresh Water，and GB 20052 The Minimum Allowable Values of Energy Efficiency and the Evaluating Values of Energy Conservation for Three-phase Distribution Transformers.

3.1.2　The production line shall adopt advanced production technology and energy saving equipment.Frequency conversion speed regulating system shall be adopted in raw material grinding circulating fan，kiln tail high temperature fan，exhaust fan，kiln head exhaust fan，coal mill exhaust fan，cement grinding roller regrinding system circulating fan and cement grinding system fan etc.

3.1.3　The production workshop layout shall be set according to the principle that the material conveying distance and pipe length is relatively short，and the system resistance is low.Material should be conveyed from high to low.
