2.1　General Layout

2.1.1　In addition to meeting the requirements of process flow，the general layout shall be with reasonable use of topography，clear division and compact arrangement.

2.1.2　The clinker production line should be set nearby the limestone mine.The cement grinding line shall be close to the product market and the source of additive material，and shall be located outside the blasting security line.
