4.5.1　The type，specification and performance of raw materials for steel strand steel wire rope，wire clamp，turn buckle and anchor rod used in mast shall be in conformity with the current national standards of such products and the design requirements.

Quantity for inspection:inspect all lots and specifications；

Inspection method:inspect the quality certificates and other such documentary evidences of quality，Chinese identification marks，test reports and others.
