7　Uncoiler and Coiler

7.1　Uncoiler

General item

7.1.1　Radial displacement of two axle centers，inclination of two axial lines and end clearances during coupling assembling shall meet the requirements of design documents.If there is no requirement from the design，it shall meet the requirements of current national standard，i.e.，General code for construction and acceptance of mechanical equipment installation engineering GB 50231.

Inspection quantity:total number inspection.

Inspection method:check the assembling record and inspect with dial indicator and feeler gauge.

7.1.2　Clearance between the moveable uncoiler main body and base plate slide rail shall meet the requirements of design documents.

Inspection quantity:30% sampling inspection and not less than 1 set.

Inspection method:check installation quality record and inspect with feeler gauge.

7.1.3　The allowable installation deviation of cold rolling strip uncoiler shall be in accordance with those specified in table 7.1.3.

Inspection quantity:total number inspection.

Inspection method:it should be in accordance with those specified in table 7.1.3.

7.1.4　The levelness of uncolier shall be the reel cantilever end higher than the drive end；The verticality of uncoiler relative to mechanical unit centerline shall keep the reel cantilever end and the discharge direction divergent.
