3.4　Packer

Ⅰ　Main Control Item

3.4.1　The padding or grouting cement 48 hour strength shall meet the foundation cement design strength during the padding or grouting method for packer construction.

Inspection quantity:lot by lot inspection.

Inspection method:check padding or grouting sampling block test report.

Ⅱ　General Item

3.4.2　Packer setting shall meet the requirements of design documents.If there is no requirement from the design，it shall meet the requirements of current national standard，i.e.，General code for construction and acceptance of mechanical equipment installation engineering GB 50231.

Inspection quantity:20% sampling inspection and not less than 4 pieces.

Inspection method:observe，measure with ruler，check with feeler gauge and rap the packer.

3.4.3　When adapt the grinding method for packer construction，chip the concrete foundation surface to smooth level and the contact points of concrete surface and packer shall be evenly distributed.

Inspection quantity:20% sampling inspection and not less than 4 pieces.

Inspection method:pigmentation inspection.
