6.2　Mixing and Granulating（Nodulizing）Equipment

6.2.1　Drum mixer or intensive mixer should be adopted for mixing equipment.When intensive mixer is adopted，the metal extractor should be installed on its feed belt.

6.2.2　Nodulizing drum or balling disc should be adopted for nodulizing equipment.

6.2.3　When adopting the drum mixer，the drum rotation speed shall be controlled within the critical rotation speed，the primary mixing time should be 1.5 min-3min，the filling ratio should be 10%-16%，the secondary mixing（nodulizing）time should be 3.5 min-6 min，and the filling ratio should be 9%-15%.
