第一部分　情景背景知識

Engineers from German equipment company will arrive at the site of the project according to the date listed in the following table. Liujie as a receptionist needs to arrange the hotel, work place, and to know other related requirements through telephone contacting with foreign staff(Figure 1.1)．In the following work agenda, they will form a working team with the staff and technician Cuipeng and others at the site(Figure 1.2)，to direct the equipment installation, commissioning and so on.

德國設備公司的工程師將于下表所列日期按計劃到達項目現場，劉杰作為接待人員，需要做好接待準備，安排好相關入住酒店、工作地點，并通過電話聯系外方人員了解其他相關需求(如圖1.1)。在接下來的工作中，外方人員將與現場中方工作人員及技術人員崔鵬等組建一個工作團隊(如圖1.2)，現場指導設備安裝、調試等工作。
