結語

一方隋代墓誌何以藴藏如此豐富的歷史信息？究其原因，一是傳世文獻記載存在缺環或隱諱、修改之處；二是中古墓誌實乃誌主門第、生平及墓誌撰者生死觀之説明書，值得引起學人的高度重視，面對數量與信息量巨大的出土資料，如何發掘其史料價值、補充或修改既有研究描繪的歷史圖景，成爲學人面臨的嚴峻挑戰，以往對墓誌文本的處理，多限於文本互校、史事考訂，若能將墓誌文本的神聖性從集部文獻提昇到史部文獻的高度，定能在史誌互證的舊方法中覓得新思路，本文雖仍落於窠臼，但筆者期待新出墓誌爲中古史研究提供更豐富而立體的歷史信息，更期待學界加強對新出材料的整理與研究力度，讓“潛寐黃泉下，千載永不寤”的出土文獻煥發出新活力。
