Dialogue 2: Booking a ticket
A: Hello. This is American Airlines.
B: I'd like to book a ticket to Beijing for next Monday.
A: Which flight would you like to book? When are you planning to leave?
B: I prefer a morning flight.
A: OK. Just a second and I'll check the schedule. We've got AA186 for Beijing leaving at 9:20. Is that all right?
B: Yes, that's perfect. I'd like an economy ticket with an open return.
A: May I have your name, please?
B: Williams Black.
A: So, one economy class seat with an open return to Beijing for next Monday. Oct. 15th. Is that right?
B: That's right.
A: Now you have been booked.
B: Thanks a lot. What time do you start check in?
A: Two hours before departure. And you need to check in at least one hour before.
B: Thank you very much. Bye！
