為了加強國際學術交流，本刊新設“名家訪談”專欄，本刊編輯部選擇了當前傳記學術界所感興趣的一些問題，邀請一些著名傳記家或傳記研究者作出回答。使我們感到高興的是，我們的采訪得到積極的響應，已陸續收到回信和來稿。本刊將根據收稿先后分期刊載。

To promote the international academic communications，Journal of Modern Life Writing Studies introduces a new section entitled“Interviews with Distinguished Life Writing Practitioners” in which foreign life writers and scholars are invited to present their ideas on issues of common interest in life writing circles. To our delight，we have received active responses in the form of email letters or articles. We will publish them in the order of receipt in the following issues.
