According to the owners' social class, this small-size refining show flat highlights the usability by improving the soft decoration but lessening the hard construction, in order to create the extraordinary effect in the mix of black, white and grey to add the unique taste. Simple color stretches are not overly embellished. “Less is more” runs through this space. The application of grey visually expands the space in large measure while underlining the living attitude of youth—chasing fashion and minimalism. The minimal furnishings and accessories show the unique personality and living attitude—compliant but going with stream.

The art design is preformed when dealing with soft decoration, and the space is just like the dressing to people. They are beautiful because of their dressings. Therefore, all kind of wonderful soft decorations in the space naturally reach the art effect.

本案為小戶型精裝樣板房，設計師運用重軟輕硬的手法凸顯精裝小戶型的實用性，并采用黑、白、灰三色相互搭配，制造非凡的效果，體現獨特的品位。簡潔的色塊并沒有做過多的修飾，“少亦是多”的精神貫穿整個空間，灰鏡的使用從視覺上擴大了空間，并簡單明了地凸顯出當代青年追求時尚和簡單的生活態度。簡約的家具飾品，彰顯著年輕人與眾不同的個性——既服從又不隨波逐流。

設計的藝術表現在對軟裝的把握上，軟裝對于一處空間來說，如同一個人的衣著，人因為衣服而顯得漂亮，“人靠衣裝”即是如此。各種精彩紛呈的軟裝飾品在空間中的點綴，自然而然地產生了藝術化的效果。
