保利西海岸英式會(huì)所Baoli West Coast English-style Club

The design case is located on north Cai Bing road in the northern of Golden Sand land. It is east to Bing Jiang Park which is 100 meters wide. Overlooking from the house, the owner can enjoy the upstream scenery of Pearl River. It is also bordering west to Xun mountain range with a length of 2.5 kilometers and an area of more than 7 thousand acre, which is born as a “natural oxygen bar” and also is full of nature resource. The Baoli Club adopts a rare England tudor architecture style, whose environment is elegant, tranquil. We make most of the physical feature of that place to establish a dimensional nature garden with England style. With a unique vision of international villa, we present the remarkable mansion in Guangzhou , which also is an masterpiece of Baoli estate for the last eighteen years.

The mansion is the key part of the estate. Its existence not only is for commercial purpose but also an expression of estate businessmen. Therefore, we define with two roles as sales department and private garden in England style that is showing the lifestyle of England royal family.

The case is focusing on a single building with three storeys. The underground floor is created as lobby, reception, wine cellar, reading center and projection room; the first floor has bar, VIP conference room, and cigar room; the second floor is formed by dining hall and work offices, etc. We introduce a sort of England classic rejuvenation into interior design, then use a modern approach to make a design model that is practical but without losing fashion elegance.

We prefer a rational and intense layout for the space and we spare no effort to create the uniqueness of every single space room, which presents a united style of the whole design, also every unique idea tip can be seen in each region.

Walking into the lobby, people can see the lustrous ceiling light which reflects the whole space spectacular and elegant. Besides, we bring European style furniture and sculpture into interior design. The employment of lighting ornaments and marble material enable the lobby to pay more attention to the variety of material and space integration. The design conception of this estate is clearly expressed by the highlighting of level and depth.

We put a cozy couch in the reception room. In addition, the smooth light beam, red color for the wall and the well decorated fireplace, all of them send an elegant and warm message to every potential buyer.

The club also installs with solemn reading room and appealing, individual wine cellar; the bar is built to hold some activities or parties, which is classic but not lacking modern sense; the cigar room is fit for businessmen who have a real taste of quality life; the dining hall can accommodate lots of people for conference, generous and stable. So the club embraces plural practical region functions that can satisfy different buyers' life needs.

項(xiàng)目位于金沙洲北部彩濱北路上，東臨100米寬的濱江公園，相隔眺望珠江上游江岸的景色，西鄰467公頃延綿2.5千米山脈的潯峰山天然“大氧吧”，有著非常豐富的自然資源。保利西海岸采用市場較為少見的英倫都鐸建筑風(fēng)格。地域環(huán)境優(yōu)美、靜謐，充分利用地勢打造一個(gè)英式自然立體園林。以其獨(dú)特的國際豪宅視野極力打造廣州標(biāo)致性豪宅，是保利地產(chǎn)18年來又一巔峰巨獻(xiàn)。

會(huì)所作為整個(gè)樓盤的重要組成部分，不僅僅是為其商業(yè)目的而存在，更要體現(xiàn)房地產(chǎn)商的品位。因此，我們把它定位于一個(gè)售樓部和英倫私家莊園兩用來考慮，體現(xiàn)了英式貴族的生活方式。

本項(xiàng)目為三層單體建筑，負(fù)一層為大堂、接待處、酒窖、書吧、投影室；一層為酒吧、VIP洽談區(qū)、雪茄房；二層為宴會(huì)廳、辦公區(qū)等。把英倫這種古典復(fù)興的特點(diǎn)引入室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)中，用現(xiàn)代的處理手法打造成既重實(shí)用又不失時(shí)尚典雅的設(shè)計(jì)典范。

在空間布局上，合理緊湊，致力打造每個(gè)獨(dú)立空間的塑造和英式精致時(shí)尚的風(fēng)格，風(fēng)格統(tǒng)一而又各具特點(diǎn)的設(shè)計(jì)心思體現(xiàn)在每個(gè)區(qū)域。

步入大堂，璀璨的水晶吊燈將整個(gè)大堂映射得典雅華麗，歐式家具、雕塑等將人們帶進(jìn)了室內(nèi)陳設(shè)和裝飾之中，燈飾、石材的運(yùn)用，使大堂裝飾更講究材質(zhì)的變化和空間的整體性。強(qiáng)調(diào)層次和深度，明確地表現(xiàn)出樓盤的設(shè)計(jì)概念和風(fēng)格。

接待處優(yōu)雅舒適的沙發(fā)，柔和的燈光，配合紅色的墻身，富有裝飾性的壁爐等，給每位到來的顧客一種典雅、細(xì)膩的感覺。

會(huì)所還設(shè)有莊重肅穆的書吧；具有別致情調(diào)的個(gè)性小酒窖；適合舉辦活動(dòng)、派對，風(fēng)格經(jīng)典而又不失時(shí)尚感的酒吧；適合懂得品味高尚生活的商務(wù)人士的雪茄房；可舉辦容納多人的商務(wù)洽談，風(fēng)格大氣、穩(wěn)重的宴會(huì)廳等。多元化的區(qū)域功能，迎合每一位買家不同的生活需求。
