女王的魔方Queen's Cube

The showroom of the sales department of Queen's Cube is located in a commercial building in the center of the city. The designer shows Queen's Cube idea in a limited area. The inspiration of the designer comes from the sight around the city, starting with the community environment. This is designed to give the guests an experience journey and then to establish an alternative atttude towards life. Designer take the idea of "Life is struck by a new wave" as a creative concept. "A New Wave" stands for a new lifestyle in this particular region, which is full of a new force. He uses symbolic meanings to express the idea in the exhibition hall, convey a living culture of settlement patterns integrating into the urban.

Entering into the showroom of the sales department, you can see the arc element. Carrying on the concept of the wave, the designer use the buildings with light brown stripes to surround the exhibition hall. Irregular pattern showing the innervation of wave and urban concept map as the background shows a picture of the wave surrounding the city, meaning the whole place linking together.

In order to express the regional character of this place, the designer adopts an imagery map to replace the stardard area map in the design of area display, using pattern to indicate the precious cultural heritage in Wan Chai, for example, trams, temples, ferry, etc., by this way, the guests can get a deep impression of the local history and development status.

The design of the wave can be found from the demonstration unit showing the actual living space to business negotiation area. Gorgeous crystal strings, which means the spray from the waves beat and the waves caused by the sales experience, surround the display area of the main model. The business negotiation area also adopts glass pattern of spray. The guests and the land agents can discuss some details in the surrounding of waves. The design of the whole building keep to the point of the theme of the wave. In addition, the overall atmosphere of the showroom and the lighting processing make full use of the night scene in the urban to show the bright side of the city, which allow the guests to feel the city's vitality and experience a new lifestyle.

Queen's Cube的售樓部展示廳設于市中心的一幢商業大廈內，設計師在面積有限的展廳內把Queen's Cube的理念展現出來。該住宅項目周邊的城市景象給予設計師靈感，以社區環境為設計出發點，目的是為客人帶來一個體驗的旅程，以及建立起另一種生活態度。設計師以 “Life is struck by a new wave”(“生命中的新浪潮”) 為創作概念，“新浪潮”代表在這特別的地區有新的生活模式，當中充滿一股新的力量。他們用象征式的手法把構思呈現在展示廳內，表達居住模式融入都市本身的生活文化。

走進售樓部展示廳內，可以見到弧線元素。承接“浪潮”的構想，設計師以淺棕色的曲線條子建筑包圍整個展示廳，不規則的設計表達出波浪的動感，以都市概念圖作為背景，比喻浪潮包圍整個城市，意思是把整個地方連結在一起。

為了表達該地點的區域個性，設計師在項目的地區展示方面以意像地圖取代標準的地區地圖，利用圖案標志著灣仔區內珍貴的文化遺產，例如電車、廟宇、渡輪，讓客人對區內的歷史及發展留下深刻印象。

由展現實際生活空間的示范單位到商談生意的洽談區連貫了整個浪潮設計，華麗的水晶串代表波浪拍起的水花，包圍著主體模型展示區，也代表整個售樓體驗所引起的浪花。而洽談區也利用玻璃浪花圖像，讓客人和地產商在浪花的包圍下商討細節，生動地緊扣以浪潮為題的創作藍本。此外，展廳的整體氣氛和燈光處理是借著大都會的夜晚表現出城市璀璨的一面，同時讓客人感受城市的生命力，體驗一種新的生活模式。
