The project is located in Shiji Huafu garden by the West Lake in Huizhou. The sales center is six meters high, so this space has the conditions to make use of the extra interlayer to get the regenerated area. Thus the VIP audience room and sales meeting room are added at the areas of the sales office and the bathroom, and most of the original floor height areas are used for arranging reception, display, discussion and other functions. The plane scale is reasonable and the space has a proper degree of stress relaxation.

In terms of materials, the designers use the natural white travertine, combine with the teak veneer and then coordinate with the black mirror steel as the decoration. The bathroom is expressed by the cylindrical forms and decorated with the small-size mosaic, which is natural and elegant with a superior taste.

項目位于惠州西湖畔的世紀華府花園。其銷售中心層高6 m，這樣的空間有條件利用加建夾層來獲得再生面積，所以在銷售辦公室及洗手間的區域增加了VlP會見室及銷售會議室，大部分原始層高面積用來布置接待、展示、洽談等功能。平面尺度合理，空間張弛有度。

材料上應用了天然的白洞石，結合柚木飾面，再配合黑鏡鋼加以點綴。洗手間以圓柱狀形式表現，用小規格馬賽克進行修飾，自然尊貴，品味出眾。
