"Good morning Qingjing" is the reception house of Kuo Yang Construction, and the base is close to Xintai Fifth Road road and Nangang economic and trade district, and near to the forest protection area in the southwest. The designer makes the largest advantage"next to nature" of the project as the design spindle. Since one side of the base faces the path along the brook, and the other side faces the future planned road, which is under the construction and not open yet, therefore there is no distinction between the front and the back; all sights passing through the moving lines have to connect with the outlook of the reception hall. Thus the designer designs the outlook of the whole architecture into the egg-shaped model to create a continuous surrounding visual effect. At the same time "double layer" concept is adopted, and the interior space is piled up by the structure developed from the function while the surface layer is added with the solid egg-shaped wood grille to correspond to the natural environmental elements of the base location. Grille is used as the surface material, which makes the "light" and "shadow" naturally become a part of the space elements.

“早安清境”是國揚實業建案的接待會館，基地靠近新臺五路，近南港經貿園區，西南方面為森林保護區。設計師以建案最大優勢 “與自然為鄰”作為設計主軸。由于基地本身一側面臨沿溪小路，一側面臨未來的計劃道路（規劃中，還沒有開通），因此并沒有正背面的區分，所有行經動線的視線都必然與接待中心的外觀形成連結。于是，設計師將整棟建筑外觀設計為蛋形，創造一種連續性環繞的視覺效果。同時采用“雙層”的概念，里層空間由功能發展的量體堆疊而成，表層則加上一層蛋形實木格柵，呼應基地所處的自然環境因素。運用格柵作為表層的素材，很自然地讓“光線”及“陰影”成為空間元素的一部分。

鋼結構是本案主要的空間建筑結構。建筑表層格柵的材料是南方松，同時也為室內創造豐富的光影。部分天花板的反射材料是鏡面不銹鋼，強化了空間的穿透感與延伸性。整個室內空間以素雅的木料質感呼應自然的室外景致，并與白色基調空間相呼應，既是背景也是光影舞動的舞臺。整體呈現如藝廊般的休閑舒適基調，室內動線經由刻意安排，最好的景觀則配置給洽談區，讓參觀者的互動能夠與戶外景致連結。
