Morning Dew: Measuring 58.3m2, the refreshing pale lavender and light-textured stone landscape of these one-bedroom units is accented against polished steel and glossy lacquer.

While the open-plan kitchen rewards with spectacular panoramic views of Victoria Harbour, a marble sliding wall between the living area and bedroom offers both flexibility and privacy. Wide, silver-tinted timber flooring panels were chosen for their unique texture and colouring, while rich marble flooring lines the foyer and bathroom.

In the bedrooms, AB Concept designers display their mastery of space. The team has artfully preserved space and light through the use of floating shelving, a full-length wall mirror and strategic asymmetry.

AB Concept's work includes the design and interiors of the “Oasis Floor”, an open-air leisure space with vertical garden walls, outdoor seating and a barbeque station.
