誠信（英文版）（社會主義核心價值觀·關鍵詞）
在一般意義上，“誠”即誠實誠懇，主要指主體真誠的內在道德品質；“信”即信用信任，主要指主體“內誠”的外化。“誠”更多地指“內誠于心”，“信”則側重于“外信于人”?！罢\”與“信”一組合，就形成了一個內外兼備，具有豐富內涵的詞匯，其基本含義是指誠實無欺，講求信用。作者認為，千百年來，誠信被中華民族視為自身的行為規范和道德修養，形成了其獨具特色并具有豐富內涵的誠信觀。這樣的誠信觀在當今的市場經濟和構建社會主義核心價值體系中具有極其重要的道德作用。
